Transition in Tai Chi I has amazing benefits for training our brain. We start with Single Whip.
Then we use Holding the Baby as a transition to Ward Off on the other side. We continue with Roll Back, Two Hand Press, Sink Back and Two Hands Push.
Try to keep alternating the between the Left Brain Form to the Right Brain form and back again to the Left Brain Form.
We exercise both our physical body and the brain. This is the wonder of Tai Chi Chuan.
