A sound bath is a meditative experience aims to guild you into a deep meditative state. You will mostly lay down and “bathed” in vibrational sound waves of Himalayan singing bowl. These singing bowls we use are made on the full moon night to capture the moon’s healing power. The entire time that the bowls are being hand hammered, they prays and chant the mantra
