The sound is still moving.
Not only in memory, but in the body, the breath, and the quieter spaces in between.
After completing a yoga teacher training with my partner, I moved directly into facilitating two IVT Sound Healing Intensives, one at the end of November and another in early December. Holding these trainings back-to-back was immersive and demanding, yet carried by a steady sense of flow and presence.
I feel deep gratitude for every student who stepped into these spaces with openness, trust, and sincerity. Connecting with you, sharing these teachings, and witnessing how sound supports regulation, awareness, and inner listening continues to humble me.
Throughout the intensives, sound was approached not as something to control, but as something to relate to. We allowed the gongs to breathe and speak. We listened as bowls communicated directly with the nervous system. Rhythm, voice, silence, ritual, and ceremony were explored as living practices — grounded, embodied, and purposeful.
We journeyed with gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, percussion, shruti box, tuning forks, flutes, voice, and multi-instruments, alongside intention, integration, and the practical art of holding safe, coherent space. Each instrument carried its own character. Each pause had value.
My intention with IVT trainings is to support practitioners who carry this work into the world with integrity, sensitivity, and responsibility. Sound healing is not about performance or technique alone — it is about presence, relationship, and discernment.
I’m sharing moments from both trainings here — reflections of learning, practice, stillness, laughter, and community. If I’ve been quieter on here lately, this period required full attention and care.
