What are the main input surfaces and their different outcomes?
💥Hard surface: tactile + pressure, accurate alignment, intrinsic alertness 💪🦶
💥Grass: Uneven proprioception, balance training, ankle control 🌿🤸♀️
💥Sand: High pressure distribution, working the foot and calf muscles hard 🏖️🦵
💥Soft foam/blocks: Open the vestibular loop, improving balance 🧘♀️🤸♂️
💥Small pebbles: Very strong tactile, stimulating high-level sensations 🪨👣
💥Wood/tile: Good vibration feedback, accurate foot placement 🪵👣
