👉Breakfast
After dinner the night before, the body needs a long time to rest and refuel, to start a new day. According to experts, the ideal time to eat breakfast is 7-8am. If you wake up after 8 o'clock, try to finish your meal by 10 o'clock.
Eating breakfast after 10 am can affect lunch, the body is easily hungry around 3 pm. Then you tend to snack a little, so there is a high probability that it will continue to affect dinner.
