I have succefully completed my TTC in beautiful India, in three different styles: Hatha Yoga; Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. The journey through life inspired me to teach yoga and spread its many benefits to others. It is a medicine for the heart and soul, which improves your general health, circulation, balances all the bodily function systems: the digestive - , endocrine- , nervous- respiratory & circulatory systems; it removes waste from the body and aids detoxification. Yoga is known for its anti- aging benefits, revitalising, rejuvenation, it's great fot the thyroid gland and aids weight loss; elongating the muscles, making one flexible, lean, graceful and smooth. It is good for any back related condtions like sciatica, lumbago, arthitis, slipped discs; it removes the tension from the neck, shoulders, the lower back, elongates the spine and improves posture. It stimulates the nervous system and works as an anti- depressant, adding sunshine and laughter to ones life. The practice of yoga helps one slow down in these busy times, quiet the mind and improve self-awareness, concentration and memory. Regular practice boosts the self-esteem, gets rid of depression and anxiety. My classes include meditation, pranayama ( breathing exercises), asana practice ( poses) , hands on adjustments and light massage. We work the body and rest at the same time, while relaxing and gazing internally. Individual 1:1 classes available, as well as private groups.
