Instructor Dao

Yin Dee Yoga Club is ran by me (Instructor Dao), an experienced, knowledgeable and passionate instructor. I have had experiences as a yoga instructor for several years and is accustomed to teaching and training people of all ages and genders. Most of the Yoga sessions are done outdoor as personally, I believe that being in a natural and calm place allows for better connection between oneself and everything around us.

To many, Yoga can be seen as a physical exercise beneficial in several ways. However, it is not as simple as it seems. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Not only will it help keep you fit, strong and healthy but it will also allow exploration into the mind of oneself and a step towards the journey of inner peace.
