In-Depth Yoga is a style of yoga based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Designed for those looking for Strength, Endurance, Tone, Flexibility, Stability and all around wellness. My yoga journey began over a decade ago in search of wellness and happiness I traveled and participated in workshops and instructor based training programs around the world hosted by leading yoga professionals, I had the pl

easure of working with some great yoga students and instructors during this time. Through this journey I realized that no one style of yoga suits everyone. It is with this in mind that I offer a contemporary style of Ashtanga yoga that can be molded to best suit an individuals level, creativity and positive energy, in tern resulting in a experience of wellness and happiness after the practice. Yoga teaches us to relax the mind and strengthen the body empowering us daily to find overall health and wellbeing. In-Depth Yoga offers daily yoga classes, workshops and Retreats in Thailand. One of the primary benefits of Anjaneyasana is improved flexibility. This pose stretches the hip flexors, quadriceps, and hamstrings, which can help to alleviate tension and tightness in these areas. We are excited to announce that we are back to regular classes as well as opening up Saturday workshops every week.

The workshops will take place over 2.5 hours and consist of discussion, practice, lectures and many other fun things. To find out more about each workshop DM us here or on WhatsApp!
