'Balanced Naturally' is a holistic health shop founded by Kim Kilgore in 2010 in Phuket, Thailand. We are located on Soi Kokmahkam behind Rawai temple (Wat Sawan Arom) and then down the road. Travel about 2/3 of the way to the end of Soi Kokmahkam from the temple entrance and you will find us on the left side. We have a chophouse that touches the road with a beautiful wooden sign in Thai on one side and English on the other (balanced naturally), and a tip um (pomegranate) tree right behind the sign...for good luck. The Planetary Parade Begins Today! ✨

From August 17 to 20, six planets—Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—will line up in the sky before sunrise.

You’ll be able to see Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn with the naked eye, while Mercury hugs the horizon. For Uranus and Neptune, binoculars or a telescope will reveal them. The crescent Moon will also join in, making the view even more magical.

Look toward the eastern horizon about 45 minutes before sunrise to catch this rare celestial show.

Here’s something you might not know:

If you buy garlic without roots, there’s a 99% chance it’s imported, primarily from China. U.S. agriculture regulations prohibit importing rooted produce, so garlic with roots is almost always domestically grown.

Additionally, imported garlic is often bleached to prevent sprouting. Just a little FYI for the next time you’re shopping!
