“คุณปอนคะ ลูกชายเป็นอะไรไม่รู้ 👦🏻 แก้มทั้งสองข้างแดงเป็นลูกมะเขือเทศเลย นี่ไปหาหมอ ได้ยามาทา อาการดีขึ้นนิดหน่อย แต่พอหมดฤทธิ์ยาอาการก็กลับมาเป็นเหมือนเดิม ทายาที่หมอให้มา 2 เดือนแล้วยังไม่หายดีเลย”
คำถามจากลูกค้าที่ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์เซนย่ามาเป็น 10 ปี ที่พี่ปอนนำมาแชร์ให้ฟัง เราจึงขออนุญาตนำเรื่องราวจากคุณแม่ท่านนี้มาแบ่งปันเป็นความรู้กันค่ะ
เรื่องราวนี้ได้ข้อสรุปว่า น้องน่าจะแพ้ผงซักฟอก เพราะคุณแม่บอกว่าน้องชอบนอนตะแคง และเอาแก้มแนบกับหมอน ซึ่งหมอนก็ผ่านการซักโดยผงซักฟอกทั่วไปมาอย่างดี ซึ่งตอนแรกพี่ปอนก็ยังไม่แน่ใจเท่าไหร่ พี่ปอนเลยลองส่งผงซักฟอกออร์แกนิกที่ทำขึ้นมาใช้เองในโรงงาน จากเศษสบู่ออร์แกนิกต่างๆ โดยแนะนำให้เอาปลอกหมอน ผ้าปูที่นอนของน้องซักด้วยผงซักฟอกกับน้ำร้อน
และต่อมาก็ได้คำตอบค่ะ เพราะหลังจากนั้นแก้มทั้งสองของน้องก็ดีขึ้น จนหายเป็นปกติ
นี่ล่ะค่ะ การใส่ใจสังเกตในรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ และเลือกสิ่งอ่อนโยนให้กับลูกรัก คือสิ่งสำคัญมากและไม่ควรมองข้ามค่ะ 💚

This was a question shared by Pon, a customer who has been using Znya products for over 10 years. We wanted to share this mother's story to help spread awareness.
As it turned out, the boy was likely allergic to laundry detergent. The mother mentioned that her son loved sleeping on his side with his cheek against the pillow—a pillow that had been washed thoroughly with regular detergent. Pon suspected this might be the cause, so she sent the mother some of the organic laundry powder made at our factory from leftover organic soap. She recommended washing the boy's pillowcases and sheets with the organic powder and hot water.
Soon after, the mother reported that the boy's cheeks had cleared up and were back to normal.
This story shows how important it is to pay attention to small details and choose gentle products for our loved ones. It can make all the difference. 💚
