This workshop will look at the union between yoga and the most important relationship of all: the one with yourself. We will take an eastern & western approach, using both traditional yogic philosophy and modern coaching techniques, with certified yoga teacher & life coach Hannah Suraya. We will look at physical yoga poses (asanas), pranayama & meditations you can do to improve your self love, as well as practical mindset tools. Expect to leave the workshop with a new found outlook on your self love.
