Snippets from our 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 during the Full Moon week. We welcomed 19 students from all over the world, and gathered under the radiant full moon for a Sound Ceremony — a moment of deep connection, release, and renewal.

Together we breathed, and surrendered — harmonizing body, mind, and spirit in rhythm with the lunar energy. It guided our intentions as healing vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and voice carried us into stillness and expansion.

Grateful for this beautiful circle and the shared journey of transformation.

🌿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Returning to the Source 🌿 There’s something profoundly healing about sitting quietly in the embrace of the natural world. When we take our practice outside — beneath trees, by flowing water, or on the soft earth — the boundaries between self and nature begin to dissolve.

Each sound becomes part of the meditation: the rustle of leaves, birdsong, wind, and even silence itself. These are nature’s mantras, guiding us back into presence.

💫This weekend, I had the joy of guiding another beautiful group through my 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟭 & 𝟮 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Lotus Wellness Thailand. We explored the magic of working with frosted crystal bowls and specialist bowls like the chalice — learning not just the techniques, but how to listen, feel, and connect deeply with the vibration itself.

Watching each participant awaken to their own resonance, confidence, and unique voice with the bowls was incredible. By the end of the training, the room was 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 — hearts open, energy balanced, and a collective sense of peace and empowerment.

Level 1 brought a solid foundation in sound, energy, and intentional practice. Level 2 took it deeper — weaving intuition, 7 bowl playing techniques, working 1:1 and holding space.

Feeling deeply grateful for this community and the ongoing ripple these sounds will create. Thank you 💖

There’s something 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 about the way crystal bowls sing — pure tones that gently guide your energy back into harmony. 🌙

When I play, I feel the vibrations guiding me as much as they guide those who are receiving. Each note feels like a conversation with energy — clearing, balancing, and awakening something ancient within us all.
