For eight sacred years, I’ve been guiding yoga teacher trainings—not as a destination, but as a remembering. A remembering of breath, of presence, of devotion, of the quiet wisdom that already lives within.

Each training has been a 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫: early mornings steeped in intention, shared silence, honest inquiry, tears, laughter, and deep transformation. Watching students soften into their truth and step into their dharma as teachers has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Yoga continues to teach me that we are always both student and guide. I bow to every student who has walked this path with me, and to the lineage, practice, and spirit that holds us all. 🙏

💗 𝗛𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀! What an extraordinary group of devoted, openhearted students walking the path of Yoga and of life. It’s been an honour to witness them step forward with courage, clarity, and a desire to share their wisdom with the world. ✨

Koh Yao Noi offered the 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆—a peaceful island haven that naturally invites you to turn inward, slow down, and reconnect. This training unfolded as another powerful exploration into the realms of Yoga, Sound, and Mindfulness, each layer revealing something new.

Together, this group created such a strong, loving container where fears could rise and dissolve, exploration of emotions could be met, and 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 could blossom. Every training leaves me amazed by the transformation, growth, and inner empowerment that each student discovers within themselves. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆—𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆.

✨ 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 🌕 ✨
Snippets from our 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 during the Full Moon week. We welcomed 19 students from all over the world, and gathered under the radiant full moon for a Sound Ceremony — a moment of deep connection, release, and renewal.

Together we breathed, and surrendered — harmonizing body, mind, and spirit in rhythm with the lunar energy. It guided our intentions as healing vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and voice carried us into stillness and expansion.

Grateful for this beautiful circle and the shared journey of transformation.

🌿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Returning to the Source 🌿 There’s something profoundly healing about sitting quietly in the embrace of the natural world. When we take our practice outside — beneath trees, by flowing water, or on the soft earth — the boundaries between self and nature begin to dissolve.

Each sound becomes part of the meditation: the rustle of leaves, birdsong, wind, and even silence itself. These are nature’s mantras, guiding us back into presence.

In these moments, we remember that 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 — we are nature. Our breath mirrors the rhythm of the tides; our heartbeat echoes the pulse of the land.
