Our Story
Wellness massage and advice on herbs and starting Vipassana meditation. Advice given on detox. Building bungalows and offering Yoga classes and Massage classes that will be certified. We may introduce Kung Fu Chi Gong classes and traditional Muay Borhan also. These classes apart from the Massage teaching will be hosted outside at a wonderful venue.
We can also enroll you in walking meditation classes held at a local temple and hosted by a Thai Buddhist Monk.
