اذا سافرتم في عطلة وتركتم البيت فارغ لعدة ايام وتكون لديكم في الثلاجة لحوم واسماك مجمدة فيمكن ان تنقطع الكهرباء ويذوب التجمد وبالتالي تتعفن اللحوم وعند عودة الكهرباء سوف يتجمد من جديد وانت لا تدري ماذا حصل وعند عودتكم للمنزل وتقومون بالطبخ ممكن جدا ان تتسممو لذلك قبل ذهابك في العطلة اتركو كأس من الماء متجمد في الثلاجة وضعو فوقه قطعة نقود فإذا وجدتم قطعة النقود قد نزلت لقاع الكأس فاعلمو ان الكهرباء انقطعت وذاب التجمد فلا تأكلو ما تركتم واذا وجدتم قطعة النقود باقية من فوق الكأس فلا خطر من تناول ما تركتم
