Hello friends

I just want to update you on the situation with Coach. Unfortunately, he is unwell. He has been hospitalized and is undergoing treatment. The will be NO CLASSES this week. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

With regards to the studio, we of course want our yoga/pilates family back to doing what we love as soon as possible. We hope you will understand and will support us during this difficult time. I will keep you all updated.
