Every rhinoplasty must be personalized and address each patient's specific anatomical features 👌
For this particular ,the disharmonies were mainly related to the , which were recessed, and the (the tissue between them), which was prominent.
Aside from a small hump and general refinement of the , the nostrils were advanced, and the columella was set back ✨️
