The screws are designed and manufactured with double threads. This feature allows the screw to travel quickly .It reduces the bone loss of the patient during the operation. It minimizes the risk of pull-out by ensuring the tight grip of the screw. In all screws, the screw diameter increases parallel to the screw diameter. Torx head set screws allow the user to apply more torque force than normal when locking.Excessive torque makes locking stronger. Excessive torque application on other set screws in different head forms greatly reveals stripping in the applied area. This risk is minimal in Torx design. The fact that stripping is minimized even at extreme torques is a factor that extends the life of both the implant and the set screw sender. The special thread form of the set screw shifts the forces on the side surfaces vertically during and after locking, preventing any opening in the screw body and thus loosening the system.
