Revision hip surgery may be necessary due to infection, aseptic loosening, fracture or implant-related problems with the previously performed prosthesis. Before surgery, tests should be performed to understand the patient’s problem. The patient’s prosthesis may also dislocate due to malposition, aseptic loosening or other reasons.

Although scapula fractures are rare, most fractures are treated conservatively. It may also accompany thoracic injuries and care should be taken in this regard. This patient underwent surgery due to the necessity of surgery, and the surgery requires meticulousness.

Our patient with pseudoarthrosis after tibia fracture. Union was completed in the 6th month after iliac crest grafting and intramedullary nail application to the tibia.
