We performed a bichectomy (cheek fat removal) procedure, often referred to as facial slimming surgery, for our medical student doctor.

This procedure is a comfortable surgical treatment performed under local anesthesia, in office-based conditions, and takes approximately 20–25 minutes.

The results are visible immediately after the procedure. However, due to postoperative swelling, the final facial contour becomes fully apparent within about one month.

After the procedure, we recommend antibiotic therapy and antiseptic mouthwash for approximately one week.
