This wonderful lady came to me after a disappointing rhinoplasty experience elsewhere. Just two weeks after her A+ Revision Rhinoplasty, we are already seeing beautiful changes 💫

We were able to restore her nasal structure using cartilage from within her nose, avoiding the need for rib or ear cartilage✅ Whenever possible, I prioritize using the patient’s own remaining cartilage ⭐️

Her nose now has a refined and less projected tip, a straighter dorsum, and a more feminine contour. We also corrected asymmetry with alar base reduction on the left side ✨She still has a bit of swelling but it will beautifully settle over time💫

✅ A+ Structural Rhinoplasty result after a year !

Why do all my results look different? The answer is simple: because they should! Everyone has unique anatomical features. The dimensions of the facial skeleton, the structure of nasal subunits, skin thickness, and, most importantly, each individual’s personality all differ. That’s why every outcome is tailored to these unique characteristics.

Golden ratios or strict measurements in rhinoplasty are a myth. The only real rule is that your new nose should fit your face and reflect your personality. Think of a sculptor creating art — they don’t measure every angle, but instead focus on making something beautiful and one-of-a-kind 🌻

With this lovely young lady, we achieved our goal of correcting nasal crookedness and harmonizing her nasal anatomy with her facial features 💫

✅ Long-term results are the most important parameter in rhinoplasty. A nose that looks good on the operating table but becomes crooked or loses tip support in the following months can cause patients significant emotional and financial distress 🤢
