One of the most misunderstood concepts in rhinoplasty is this ⬇️

In my personal approach, I never ask patients to dissolve fillers before surgery. Why? Because it is almost impossible to completely dissolve everything. The main issue is often not the filler itself — it is the scar tissue and fibrosis formed around the filler over time.

During surgery, these tissues need to be delicately sculpted, released and manipulated ✨

This type of surgery requires a much more refined approach because we have to think in 4 dimensions here — the 4th dimension being time and healing ⏳

We also combined the rhinoplasty with a lip lift to shorten the upper lip–nose distance and create a softer, more attractive central tooth show 💋
