This lady had previously undergone two open rhinoplasty surgeries at a different clinic several years ago in London. 🌟 A+ FACELIFT 🌟

In facelift surgery, LONG-TERM DURABILITY is one of the most important factors. I always tell my patients that they will enjoy this beautiful result for around 15 years, however of course, we can never completely stop the aging process.

Depending on how great you would like to look 10–15 years from now, a much simpler secondary lift can be performed in the future to achieve another excellent rejuvenation.

But here is the key point:
If the ON-TABLE RESULT is not excellent, expecting a great FINAL OUTCOME is unrealistic. Healing is not magic — it cannot create a great result if it was not achieved properly during surgery.

✨ A GREAT FINAL RESULT REQUIRES A GREAT ON-TABLE RESULT.

So what should we see on the operating table?

✅ A sharp and well-defined JAWLINE
✅ Lifted tissues that look natural, NOT over-tightened
✅ A well-designed incision line and meticulous, tension-free suturing

These are clear indicators that the surgery has been performed at a HIGH-QUALITY SURGICAL LEVEL, and they are essential for achieving a good result.

⚠️ HOWEVER, the opposite is NOT always true!!

➡️➡️ Not every impressive on-table appearance guarantees a great long-term outcome. With excessive tension, a TEMPORARY tightening may be achieved for 2–3 months, but without proper release and true deep lifting, the tissues are prone to RELAPSE and loosen over time.

Another important factor is the individual healing process, which varies based on each patient’s medical and biological background. Sometimes, without optimal healing, minor imperfections may temporarily overshadow the result — but in most cases, these can be addressed with MINIMALLY INVASIVE touch-ups if needed.
