AZOPSPERMİ SAPTANAN ÇİFTLER NASIL BEBEK SAHİBİ OLABİLİR?
Azos***mi varlığında bebek isteği olduğunda önce sebebi bulmaya yönelik hormonal değerlendirme ve genetik testler yaptıktan sonra çok nadir olan hipogonadotropik hipogonadizm dediğimiz duruma bağlı ise öncelikle ilaç tedavisi planlanabilir.
Ancak bu durum saptanmazsa, ilaç tedavisinin faydası olmamaktadır. Gebelik elde edebilmek için Tüp bebek ve mikro tese planlamak gerekir.
Tıkayıcı olmayan tipte %50-55, tıkayıcı tipte olan azopsermide de %100’e yakın oranda s***m elde edilebilir ve tüp bebekle bebek sahibi olunabilir.

HOW CAN COUPLES DIAGNOSED WITH AZOOSPERMIA HAVE A BABY?
When there is a desire to have a baby in the presence of azoos***mia, hormonal evaluation and genetic testing should first be performed to determine the cause. If it is due to the very rare condition known as hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, medical treatment may be planned first.
However, if this condition is not detected, medical treatment will not be beneficial. In order to achieve pregnancy, IVF and micro-TESE should be planned.
In non-obstructive azoos***mia, s***m can be obtained in 50-55% of cases, and in obstructive azoos***mia, s***m can be obtained in nearly 100% of cases, making it possible to have a baby through IVF.
