🫁 Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lung tissue.

Cold weather, weakened immunity and prolonged infections can increase the risk of pneumonia. This lung infection occurs when the air sacs become inflamed and filled with fluid, leading to symptoms such as high fever, cough, shortness of breath and chest discomfort.

📌 To reduce the risk:
▫️ Wash hands regularly
▫️ Avoid crowded and poorly ventilated places
▫️ Maintain a nutrient-rich diet to support immunity
▫️ Drink enough water
▫️ Avoid smoking and smoky environments
▫️ Protect yourself from sudden temperature changes
▫️ Consult a doctor if fever, cough or fatigue persist

❕ Pneumonia is treatable when detected early; however, if symptoms worsen or breathing becomes difficult, seek medical attention immediately.

Heute ist es genau 1 Jahr her, dass ich diesen Schritt gegangen bin. Was soll ich sagen? Am Montag den 25.11. bin ich 40 geworden und habe mich nie wohler gefühlt als an diesem Tag.
