🔺Focusing long-term to digital screenscan cause eye strain, blurred vision, and headaches in children
-Myopia Risk: Focusing on close objects for long can increase the risk of myopia (near-sightedness) in children.
-Sleep Problems: Blue light can disrupt sleep patterns and reduce sleep quality.
🔺Make Tablet Use Healthy:
-20-20-20 Rule: After 20 Minutes of digital screen use close eyes for 20 seconds and than look at least 20 meters far away for 20 seconds
-Limit Screen Time: Limit daily screen time to 1-2 hours.
-Take a Break: Give your eyes a break every 30 minutes.
-Play Outdoors: Encourage your child to spend time outdoors. This is good for eye health and supports overall health.
