Built upon 8 timelines with glassed garden to see the mosaics and the very ruins she sits upon this really is a unique place to stay. Alchemy rooms makes for a perfect base with beaches just 300 m away and Side offering 57 attractions of ancient ruins to be explored. Our entrance a walkway of glass into our garden a lovely relaxing space with sofas, tables and chairs a swinging chair under the shaded pergola. We offer B&B option or Room Only

Alchemical Journey Getaways will begin in 2025. I will be offering 1to1 or small group options for up to 8 people. I have not quite decided the way they will run as yet but I do know I will be offering for those who are wanting to walk their own unique heroes journey. You can get "yoga" anywhere with the latest New Age trends. Alchemical Journey will be embodiment movement & discourse for healing, for transforming trauma, to reclaim the knowledge and wisdom of YOU. More info about retreats with follow.

Burnout, trying to figure it out. Living small and forgetting your power in all of this. Cycles on repeat that stick like glue and self loath that disconnects you from being you.

Decisions you can't make because you fear you might make a mistake.
Self-worth so low you beat yourself up and cause yourself more anxiety as you go.

Metal stress that destroys your rhythm creating havoc with the body, aches, pains, you feel it that cant be ignored or hidden.

I see it so clearly the ones of you who have forgotten, the ones of you living yet feeling disheartened and rotten.

You know you can end this battle withIN. Its down to you to bring yourself peace withIN. You can do it because you have the tools. I hope you choose you and Reclaim yourself whole because without yourself you are nothing at all.

We are way more than we will ever know, we are so much more then we think we are. We have been bullied into living small and disconnected from our powers but some of us will never fall for that BS.

When 3 soveriegn women come together as we did this morning to meditate together for half an hour the results shared where profound.

Find your people. Do what it takes to reclaim yourself, your truth and the essence that you are.

This was my lovely week spent with Jo! I could not have asked for anything better. There are no words to describe how amazing the 1:1 session's were....every one of the 6 felt unique to me, no script, no plan just going with the energy in the room, it felt incredibly special. Thank you Jo for an amazing week and the friendship and guidance you offered ....loved every minute and will be back...❤️🙏❤️

It helps alot but you got to feel it experience and understand it and im so lucky to live in a place I get to see it rise and set nearly every day of the year..

The orange hues of the sun are the most beneficial to body, mind and soul its medicine for the wholeself.

It's the truth.

They want us so disconnected that you follow along, living in fear detached from your truth and sovereign self and the thing is childhood, parents, upbringings, are own f**k ups, relathoinships, loss, grief, childhood parents, (repeated on purpose) conditioning are enough to unf**k ourselves from.

The weight this has on the body the illnesses that arise that are related to state of mind and the relationship with self are a lifes work in themselves and on top of that they are trying their damndest to GOVERN you, to usher you into living conforming to their sick inhuman rules, to be a certain way and thinking they know what s**t that needs to go into your body for wellness.

When you are encoded with INNER sovereignty. Then in this state of feeling like s**t, worthless, drained and sick you then reach out to guru, leader, drugs, alcohol, a doctor more drugs, basically anything outside yourself ceremonies or the latest craze for desperate females some dude tapping or hovering his hands over you intimately "releasing negative energy" for wellness 🤯

I see transformations in every person I have the pleasure to guide and do you know and it comes from themself. From the very powers, knowledge, wisdom they are encoded with and hope for yourself for humankind everyone of you come back to TRUST and knowing of self.

Because if you dont? Your body will continue paining. Your mind ruling, you exsisting, trying to keep up and them controlling.

The ones who want to make a difference way deeper than just posting a meme. The one who wants to be in this life in the potential and magic they are.

The one who makes it a priority to know thyself to take themselves deep into self truth & authenticity.
The ones who understand being sovereign has the biggest impact and change.

You either choose you or exsist your way through.
