Male noses follow different dynamics..
That’s why male rhinoplasty is often considered more challenging - some surgeons even avoid it.
In my practice, it’s different. I treat a high number of male patients, almost equal to female patients.
There are accepted rules: no obvious curvature, no over-rotated tip. I agree.
But I go one step further - it should never look “operated.”
Natural doesn’t mean the same for everyone.
Some faces can carry a stronger, sharper nose. If it suits the face, it works.
Most male patients don’t want a curve or an elevated tip.
Some even prefer a slight hump or a slightly lower tip ; it adds character.
The goal is simple:
A nose that doesn’t attract attention,
looks natural,
and fits the face perfectly.
