❗️ From childhood trauma to facial harmony ✨

This patient came with a severe crooked nose (C-shaped axis) after a childhood injury—bringing both aesthetic asymmetry and airway obstruction. After a structural, ultrasonic septorhinoplasty we straightened the nasal axis, reopened the valve area, and aimed for a balanced, natural look. 👃

What I did (in simple terms):
• Septal reconstruction to re-center the foundation 🧱
• Asymmetric, ultrasonic (piezo) osteotomies for precise realignment 🪨
• Spreader grafts to stabilize the mid-vault & improve breathing 📐
• Caudal septal repositioning to correct the base line 🎯
• Columellar strut & tip refinement for durable support and symmetry ✨
• Alar rim/valve support to prevent collapse on inspiration 🌬️

Result you’re seeing:
• Straighter dorsal line & improved front-view symmetry 📏
• Natural, non-overdone tip definition ✨
• Easier nasal airflow reported by the patient 🙌

These are early results; swelling will keep settling over the coming months. Every nose is unique—plans are fully individualized. 🧭
