🌟Crooked Nose Rhinoplasty🌟

🍀Our patient had a prominent dorsal hump and noticeable curvature. In this surgery, our goal was not just to reduce the size of the nose, but to structurally reshape it. As seen in the “After” photos, we achieved a straight, slightly curved, and much more elegant nasal bridge.

🌼By lifting the droopy tip visible in the side profile, we adjusted the angle between the nose and lip to ideal aesthetic proportions. This has given the face a much younger and fresher expression.

⭐️Similarly, with the refinement of the nasal tip, the nostrils have taken on a more oval and aesthetic shape. Our patient’s nose is now in perfect harmony with their facial features!

✨We performed a detailed male rhinoplasty planning for a male patient who presented with a prominent dorsal hump and complaints of breathing difficulties. The dorsal hump was significantly reduced achieving a balanced contour that harmonizes with the facial features while strictly maintaining a masculine appearance.

🔅A notable asymmetry was present in the nostrils and nasal wings. From the dorsal view it was evident that this deviation extended internally. By restructuring these areas to create a more symmetrical framework we increased the tip projection. Additionally the bulbous tip was narrowed. These refinements not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also significantly improved the respiratory function.

⭐️In male rhinoplasty the primary expectation is the preservation of masculine characteristics through a natural looking result that complements the overall facial structure. Therefore meticulous surgical planning tailored to these masculine proportions is of utmost importance!

🔸In our male patient with a prominent dorsal hump and a deviated nasal axis, there was also an asymmetry in the nostrils and along the columellar line.🔸

✨We corrected the dorsal hump and straightened the nasal deviation. We also repositioned the nasal tip to a more balanced point. In this way, the visible curvature on the nasal bridge was eliminated, and breathing function was improved.

Aytekin Uzer 7 Mayıs tarihide Amasya’da doğdu. Amasya Macit Zeren Fen Lisesi’ni bitirdikten sonra 2006 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ni kazandı.

2012 yılında tıp doktoru olarak mezun olan Op. Dr. Aytekin Uzer, aynı yıl KBB uzmanı olarak İzmir Tepecik Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi’nde KBB uzmanı olarak görev almaya başladı.

Mart 2017’den Aralık 2018’e kadar Tokat Devlet Hastanesi’nde KBB uzmanı olarak zorunlu hekimlik hizmetini yapan Op. Dr. Aytekin Uzer, Aralık 2018’den Ekim 2019’a kadar Özel Üsküdar Hospital Türk Hastanesi’nde çalıştı.

“Burun estetiğinde ideal olan kişinin yüzüne en uygun hatlara sahip buruna ulaşmaktır” temel felsefesi ile çalışmalarını sürdüren Op. Dr. Aytekin Uzer, 2017 yılında Türk Kulak Burun boğaz ve Baş Boyun Cerrahisi Derneği yeterlilik yazılı ve sözlü sınavlarında başarılı oldu. Uzer, bu derneğe bağlı 2017-2018 dönemi “Yüz Plastik Cerrahisi” okuluna kabul edildi.
