Son 4 yıldır sol boyunda giderek büyüyen şişlik şikayetiyle başvuran 34 yaşındaki kadın hastamızın tetkiklerinde; sol şah damarı üstüne oturan yaklaşık 5x5 cm boyutlarında kitle saptandı. Kitleyi etrafındaki önemli damar ve sinir yapılarını koruyarak çıkardık.
