Primary male rhinoplasty (intraoperative before/after)
Our young male patient presented with a prominent dorsal hump, a broad nasal bridge, and limited nasal tip definition.
The surgical strategy focused on precise dorsal contour correction, controlled narrowing of the nasal bones, and improvement of nasal tip position and structural support to restore harmony while preserving masculine features.
By carefully reshaping with ultrasonic piezo the nasal structures, adjusting tip projection and rotation, and optimizing the relationship between the dorsum and the tip, a straighter profile and a more proportionate nasal shape were achieved.
The intraoperative before-and-after comparison highlights immediate improvements in nasal alignment, smoother dorsal lines, and a more defined, balanced nasal tip, demonstrating the importance of structural planning in primary male rhinoplasty.

Primary , our dear patient from Italy 🇮🇹.
Sha was unhappy with a drooping nasal tip, a low nasal radix, and a subtle dorsal hump, large nostrils which affected facial balance and gave the nose a heavier appearance.
During surgery, careful attention was given to nasal tip refinement and support, gentle tip elevation, and correction of the nasal radix and dorsum height to create proper proportions. The dorsal line was smoothed, and the nose was narrowed in frontal view while preserving a natural, elegant, feminine contour.
After cast removal, the nasal tip appears more defined and slightly lifted, the radix is better positioned, and the overall nasal shape looks harmonious and soft, matching her face perfectly👌. These adjustments contribute not only to improved nasal aesthetics, but also to a more youthful and refreshed facial appearance.

Primary Male Rhinoplasty
Our dear patient came from the USA.
The main problems were : a broad and bifid nasal tip, poor tip definition and asymmetrical on frontal view, creating a clear imbalance between the nasal tip and the nasal bones.
A bifid tip is typically caused by divergence or insufficient support of the lower lateral cartilages, resulting in a split appearance, excessive width, and lack of structural cohesion.
In addition to tip asymmetry, the patient had excessive nasal projection, which further disrupted facial balance.
During surgery, controlled deprojection of the nasal tip was performed to reduce forward prominence and bring the nose into better proportion with the patient’s facial anatomy. Tip projection was recalibrated while preserving adequate support and stability.
Surgical refinement included precise reshaping and repositioning of the lower lateral cartilages, narrowing of the nasal tip, elimination of the bifid tip, and optimization of tip rotation.
As a result, the nasal tip appears more compact, defined, and symmetric, with a smoother dorsal line and a balanced relationship between projection, width, and nasal bones.
Proper control of nasal projection is a critical component of primary rhinoplasty, particularly in male patients, where over-projection can significantly affect harmony and profile aesthetics.

Primary ultrasonic rhinoplasty, male patient from the US 🇺🇸🗽 / Day 6
In this case, the main aesthetic concern was visible in the frontal view:
a rounded, poorly defined, bifid, asymmetric nasal tip combined with a relatively narrow nasal bridge, creating a clear imbalance and deviation.
During primary ultrasonic rhinoplasty, the focus was on restoring proportion and symmetry between nasal tip and bridge.
The nasal bridge was straightened, a little hump smoothened. Significant improvement was achieved in the frontal view, the tip was narrowed and refined, the bifid alar cartilages were corrected, and the controlled tip deprojection with mild rotation was performed.
Even at day 6, the nasal structure already appears more balanced, with a straight dorsum and a clearly improved tip correction.
This case demonstrates how precise planning and techniques allow accurate correction of frontal asymmetry in male rhinoplasty, while preserving natural masculine features.

Revision rhinoplasty
Our dear patient, young men, who came from Litvanya 🇱🇹 , had previously undergone aesthetic nose surgery but was dissatisfied with the result of this surgery.
The nasal tip appeared overly sharp, while the nasal bones were excessively wide, creating a clear imbalance. There was also frontal asymmetry on tip, and a residual dorsal hump remained visible on profile.
During revision rhinoplasty, these aesthetic issues were carefully addressed to restore proper proportion and harmony. The nasal structure was rebalanced, nasal bones reshaped with ultrasonic piezo, asymmetry corrected, nasal bridge narrowed, hump removed, the dorsal line refined, nasal tip correct and given normal natural anatomical appearance.

In revision rhinoplasty, findings such as a persistent dorsal hump combined with disproportion between the nasal bones and tip often indicate incomplete or improperly planned osteotomy during the primary surgery.
When nasal bones are not adequately repositioned, widening, asymmetry, and irregular dorsal contours may remain.
With precise secondary osteotomy and structural refinement, these problems can be corrected, allowing for a straighter, more symmetrical, natural shape.
The result seen here reflects the importance of experience, detailed analysis and planning, proper surgical technique in revision rhinoplasty cases.

Excellent long-term results.
The patient had previously undergone another rhinoplasty elsewhere and was dissatisfied with the result: a noticeable dorsal curvature, a dip on one side, asymmetry at the tip, hanging columella and a wide dorsum.

Revision rhinoplasty requires particularly careful planning, as the nasal anatomy has already been altered. The presence of scar tissue, reduced blood supply, and structural changes make such procedures significantly more complex than primary rhinoplasty.
Therefore, precise planning, the correct surgical strategy, and the understanding of expectations and risks are crucial for achieving the desired long-term result.
Three years after the surgery, the nose retains a balanced and natural shape, the dorsal lines are smooth, the tip is stable, and the facial harmony is completely preserved.

Our patient is a young man initially presented with a prominent dorsal hump, a deviated nasal septum, and retracted columella, and a wide nasal bridge on frontal view, affecting both nasal function and facial balance.
A septorhinoplasty was performed to fix both functional and aesthetic concerns.
The procedure included hump reduction, septum correction, correction of the columella, and narrowing of the nasal bridge, with careful attention to structural support and stability.

Our dear patient came to us after a previous nose surgery performed in Australia 🇦🇺, unsatisfied with the result.
Her concerns included a deviated nasal bridge, an unclear, wide tip shape, and tip drooping, which affected both facial harmony and confidence.
A revision rhinoplasty was performed to correct these issues.
The procedure focused on straightening the nasal bridge, removing the hump, and rebuilding proper tip support to achieve a more defined, elegant, and naturally lifted nasal tip.
The nose now appears better balanced, refined, and in harmony with her facial features - and most importantly, now the patient is very satisfied with the outcome.

Who is a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty?
Revision rhinoplasty may be an option for patients who:
✔️are unhappy with the shape or symmetry after a previous nose surgery;
✔️experience a drooping or poorly defined nasal tip;
