Our lovely patient, it's one month after rhinoplasty.
The refined result seamlessly integrates with facial features, subtly enhancing her natural beauty.
It is clearly visible that the shape of the nasal tip is improved through controlled volume reduction and slight rotation. The dorsum appears smoother and more refined, with a narrower and more consistent dorsal line.
At this stage, most of the swelling has resolved, allowing a clearer evaluation of the surgical changes. Some edema may still be present, particularly in the tip, radix and supratip, and final refinement will continue over the coming months.

This case of a male rhinoplasty performed for our dear patient, asian ethnicity. Prior to surgery, he had complaints about his nasal shape, including a hump on the bridge, a drooping and poorly defined tip, and a wide alar base with enlarged nostrils.
A noticeable leftward deviation was one of the patient's primary concerns.
A structural rhinoplasty was performed using autologous septal cartilage grafts to provide stable support to the nasal tip and improve its contour, which is especially necessary in patients with thick skin.
The procedure included reducing a slight hump on the bridge, correcting the deviated nasal curve, reshaping the nasal tip with a slight rotation, and reducing the alar base to reduce the width of the nostrils and the overall shape of the nasal base. The result was, as planned, a well-centered nose in the frontal view, with a more defined and proportional tip, a good natural proportion for a male nose.

Ethnic rhinoplasty does not always require additional cartilage grafts from the ear or rib.
In this case, the septal cartilage was sufficient to provide the necessary structural support. For ethnic rhinoplasty, the possibility of using rib or ear cartilage is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Our dear patient traveled from the United Kingdom for surgery.
The procedure included Asian ethnic rhinoplasty combined with bichectomy.

Before/after ultrasonic piezo rhinoplasty for our dear patient. Concern was a wide, droopy nasal tip and a dorsal hump, unattractive shape, that negatively affected the overall facial balance. The purpose of surgery was a refined and gently lifted tip, a smoother narrower nasal bridge, softer contour, and better proportion.
The result looks elegant and completely natural, still herself, just better, and aesthetically cohesive.
There is no upper age limit for rhinoplasty. What truly matters is good overall health and proper surgical evaluation.

Septorhinoplasty 1 year and 3 months postop result.
In the preoperative state, our dear patient presented with a high dorsal hump, a deviated septum, visible nasal crookedness, and a drooping, poorly supported nasal tip.
The septal deviation contributed not only to functional imbalance but also to external S shape deviation of the nose in frontal view.
A structured septorhinoplasty was performed with emphasis on septal straightening, conservative dorsal reduction, and precise refinement of the lower lateral cartilages to restore proper tip support.
At 15 months postoperatively, the result reflects full structure stabilization.
The nasal dorsum is now straight , not over-reduced, preserving natural projection.
The nasal tip is more defined, reduced , and gently elevated without excessive rotation.
Most importantly, the nose appears symmetrical and aligned in frontal view, confirming successful septal correction and structural reshaping.
Long-term outcomes demonstrate that true in septorhinoplasty lies in precious change, but in restoring proportion, alignment, and structural stability.

Septorhinoplasty 1 year and 3 months postoperative result.
Our dear patient is a young man, who had septorhinoplasty piezo ultrasonic open technique method. Before he had a prominent dorsal hump, a deviated septum, nasal asymmetry and crooked nose, a drooping, poorly defined nasal tip.
The septal deviation contributed not only to functional concerns but also to visible S deviation of the external nose in frontal view.
A comprehensive septorhinoplasty was performed to correct both structural and aesthetic components. The procedure included septal straightening, controlled dorsal hump reduction without over-resection, restoration of nasal alignment, and refinement of the lower lateral cartilages to improve tip definition and support.
At 15 months postoperatively, the result demonstrates full soft tissue maturation and structural stability.
The nasal dorsum appears straight rather than lowered, maintaining appropriate projection. The nasal tip is refined, reduced in volume, and gently elevated without excessive rotation. Most importantly, the nose is now symmetrical and straight in frontal view, reflecting proper septal correction and balanced structural planning.

Primary rhinoplasty , Day 7., cast removed. Our lovely patient came from the USA🇺🇸🗽.
In this case, the goal of nose job surgery was not only to refine the nasal profile, but to achieve a balanced and natural result in the frontal view. The frontal view is valuable, which is how we see ourselves in the mirror and how others see us every day.
The procedure included controlled narrowing of the nasal bridge, removal slightly dorsal hump, and subtle lifting and refinement of the nasal tip.
Special attention was given to tip position and support to ensure a natural appearance, without excessive upturning, and a harmonious relationship between the tip, dorsum, and facial proportions.
Frontal-view rhinoplasty is one of the most critical aspects of nasal surgery.

Primary , our dear patient from Italy 🇮🇹.
Sha was unhappy with a drooping nasal tip, a low nasal radix, and a subtle dorsal hump, large nostrils which affected facial balance and gave the nose a heavier appearance.
During surgery, careful attention was given to nasal tip refinement and support, gentle tip elevation, and correction of the nasal radix and dorsum height to create proper proportions. The dorsal line was smoothed, and the nose was narrowed in frontal view while preserving a natural, elegant, feminine contour.
After cast removal, the nasal tip appears more defined and slightly lifted, the radix is better positioned, and the overall nasal shape looks harmonious and soft, matching her face perfectly👌. These adjustments contribute not only to improved nasal aesthetics, but also to a more youthful and refreshed facial appearance.
