*Intracranial Infectious Aneurysms: A Surgical Journey*

A sudden-onset headache led to an acute aphasic and hemiplegic episode, unveiling a right temporal intraparenchymal hemorrhage. Further examination unveiled a small distal right middle cerebral artery aneurysm, suggestive of an infectious origin.
The surgical team embarked on a complex mission, performing both end-to-end and end-to-side bypass procedures using meticulous techniques. The postoperative results, as depicted in the DSA, showcase the success of these bypasses.
