🇹🇷 Safra kanalındaki iltihabın(kolanjit) boşaltılması. ERCP ile metal Stent takılan hastada, çok miktarda iltihap boşalıyor. Safra taşına, pankreas kanserine ve diğer bazı hastalıklarda olabilir. Acil bir durum olup, müdahale edilmezse ölümcül olabilir.
Bu hastamız için resmi tatil olduğu bir zamanda, gece saat 01:30 da acil şekilde ERCP yapıp safra yolundaki iltihabı boşalttık. Çok şükür hastayı serviste uygun ve yeterli tedavi yaptıktan sonra evine taburcu ettik.

🇬🇧 Draining of inflammation (cholangitis) in the bile duct. In a patient who has a metal stent inserted with ERCP, a large amount of inflammation is discharged. It can also occur in gallstones, pancreatic cancer and some other diseases. It is an emergency situation and can be fatal if not treated.
We urgently performed an ERCP for this patient at 01:30 at night, on a public holiday, and drained the inflammation in the bile duct. Thankfully, we discharged the patient home after appropriate and sufficient treatment in the ward.
