Can fillers really replace a facelift?

Short answer: No.

Fillers are excellent tools —
but they are not lifting devices.

When facial aging is caused by gravity and tissue laxity,
adding more volume doesn’t lift the face.
It only pushes it outward.

That’s how pillow face happens.

✔️ Fillers = volume loss
✔️ Facelift = structural sagging

Sometimes, less filler is more.
