✨ This is a severe tuberous breast deformity correction — featuring all the classic challenges: enlarged ar**las, narrow breast base, and a wide intermammary gap.

Using a periar**lar incision, we placed subglandular implants to reshape and augment the breasts. Just 2 months post-op, we’ve achieved a remarkable transformation in shape and proportion.

Standard breast augmentation is not enough for tuberous breasts. These complex cases demand a customized, multi-step approach tailored to the patient’s anatomy.

Severely tuberous breasts often undergo impressive transformations, but achieving ideal results frequently requires revision procedures. — mostly through minor fat injections for refinement. We’ve already planned a second-stage fat grafting to smooth out the lower contours and possibly place larger implants along with ar**la revision, as discussed with our patient.

✨ Two-stage transformation journey - and it’s only week one!

This lovely patient underwent a breast lift with implants in the first session. In the second session — 8 months later — we performed an arm lift and breast implant replacement, upgrading from 265 cc moderate profile to 650 cc ultra high profile implants.

When the ni**le is positioned very low and skin quality is poor, starting with smaller implants allows for a safer recovery. Once the breast tissues have healed properly, replacing them with larger implants 6–12 months later becomes much safer and more predictable. ✅

Just one week after each procedure, the results speak for themselves: firmer, more projected breasts and beautifully defined arms. A personalized, step-by-step approach makes all the difference when it comes to full-body contouring. 💫

✨1 week post-op following implant exchange, capsulectomy, and lift. This patient previously had breast implants but experienced capsular contracture along with skin laxity after weight loss. We performed a capsulectomy, implant exchange, and breast lift to restore a natural, fuller, and more youthful contour.

At just 1 week post-op, the implants appear higher and rounder than their final shape — this is completely normal. Over time, they will settle and take on a softer, teardrop-like appearance. Even at this early stage, the improvement is already remarkable. 💫
