This patient visited our clinic after having veneers placed several years ago. Her main concern was the color of the restorations, which had become darker over time. From a clinical perspective, the previous treatment was not poorly executed; however, the tooth proportions appeared slightly wide, affecting the overall smile harmony.

Our goal was not to create an artificial result, but rather to design a natural, brighter smile that complements the patient’s facial features.

During the smile design process, we carefully evaluated:
• Tooth proportions
• Facial symmetry
• Lip dynamics during smiling
• Color harmony with the patient’s complexion

A complete smile makeover with porcelain veneers was performed to refine the proportions and achieve a natural white shade while preserving facial harmony.
