💉PRP Tedavisi
Trombositten zengin plasma sıvısı anlamına gelen prp tedavisinde hastanın kendi kanı kullanılır. Amaç kanımızdaki trombositlerin içindeki sitokin ve büyüme faktörlerinden faydalanmaktır. Bu maddeler vücudumuzda zarar görmüş ve görmekte olan dokuların rejenerasyonuna katkı sağlar.
Ortopedide birçok hastalığın tedavisinde kullanılabilen PRP’nin başlıca kullanım alanları:

💉PRP Treatment
In PRP treatment, which means platelet-rich plasma fluid, the patient's own blood is used. The aim is to utilize the cytokines and growth factors in the platelets in our blood. These substances contribute to the regeneration of tissues that have been and are being damaged in our body.
The main areas of use of PRP, which can be used in the treatment of many diseases in orthopedics:
* Cartilage damage in the knee joint and patella problems (Chondromalacia)
* Early knee osteoarthritis
* Meniscus and ligament injuries
* Shoulder rotator cuff injuries
* Muscle injuries
* Tennis-Golfer's elbow (Epicondylitis)
* Heel spur

Atroskopi vücuttaki herhangi bir eklemin kamera aracılığıyla görüntülenmesi anlamına gelir. Eklemlerde ortaya çıkan yapısal sorunları teşhis ve tedavi etmek için yapılan cerrahi bir işlemdir. Artroskopi işlemini yapmak için artroskop adı verilen bir alet kullanılır. Bu alet dar bir tüpe bağlı küçük, fiberoptik bir kameradır. Eklemin içinden canlı görüntüler alınırken, eklemdeki sorunun teşhisine ve cerrahi onarımına olanak sağlar.

Atroscopy refers to the visualization of any joint in the body through a camera. It is a surgical procedure to diagnose and treat structural problems in the joints. An instrument called an arthroscope is used to perform arthroscopy. This is a small fiberoptic camera attached to a narrow tube. Live images are taken from inside the joint, allowing diagnosis and surgical repair of the problem in the joint.

Gonartroz, halk arasında diz kireçlenmesi olarak bilinmektedir. Hastalar çoğunlukla hareket ile artan diz ağrıları, dizlerden ses gelmesi ve hareket kısıtlılığı şikayetleri ile tarafımıza başvurmaktadır. Ameliyat dışı tedavilerin (ilaç kullanımı, enjeksiyon veya fizik tedavi) yetersiz kaldığı durumlarda total diz protezi hastanın günlük hayat konforunu devam ettirmesi açısından önerilmektedir.
Her iki dizinde yaşadığı problemler için bize başvuran hastamızın, şikayetleri sonucunda gonartroz teşhisi konulmuştur.
Tedavi sürecinde operasyon olarak her iki dizine de aynı seansta protez uygulanmıştır.
Yukarıda operasyon öncesi ve sonrası grafilerinden de anlaşılacağı gibi operasyon başarılı geçmiş, hastamızın şikayetleri sonlanmış ve hastamız her iki dizini de sorunsuz kullanmaya başlamıştır.

Gonarthrosis is one of the most common knee disorders. Patients mostly apply to us with complaints of knee pain that increases with movement, crepitation in the knees and limitation of movement. In cases where non-operative treatments (drug use, injection or physical therapy) are insufficient, total knee replacement is recommended in order to maintain the patient's daily life comfort.
Our patient, who applied to us for the problems she experienced in both knees, was diagnosed with gonarthrosis as a result of her complaints.
During the treatment process, arthroplasty was applied to both knees in the same session as an operation.
As can be seen from the pre- and post-operative radiographs above, the operation was successful, the patient's complaints were resolved and our patient started to use both knees without any problems.

4 yıl boyunca artan ayak deformitesi sonucunda bize başvuran hastamızın, 1. parmağı için hallux valgus, ikincisi için ise hammer toe teşhisi konulmuştur.
Tedavi sürecinde operasyon olarak, 1. parmak için scarf osteotomisi, 2. parmak içinse weil osteotomisi ve yumuşak doku prosedürleri uygulanmıştır.
Ekte operasyon öncesi ve sonrası fotograflarında da açıkça göründüğü gibi hastamız günlük hayatına çok daha konforlu devam edebilecektir. w/ .dr.melihguven
Our patient, who applied to us as a result of increasing foot deformity for 4 years, was diagnosed with hallux valgus for the first toe and hammer toe for the second one.
During the treatment process, scarf osteotomy for the 1st finger, weil osteotomy and soft tissue procedures were performed for the 2nd finger.
As it can be clearly seen in the attached pre- and post-operative photographs, our patient continues her daily life much more comfortably. w/ .dr.melihguven
