Rhinoplasty is a journey of patience and refinement.

In this transformation, we see the evolution from the initial concern to a soft, natural profile. The goal was to remove the dorsal hump and refine the nasal tip to better fit her unique facial features.

At one week, the cast is removed and the new structure is revealed, even though initial swelling and bruising are still visible. By the first month, the bridge is straight and the profile is much more defined. At four months, the swelling has subsided significantly, showing a harmonious and elegant result that looks like it always belonged there.

Stephanie traveled all the way to Istanbul, but she arrived with a cough. She told me she was nervous that I would just “push through” the surgery to get it done.

But in this clinic, Safety > Schedule.

As I told her in this video, we have a rule in medicine taught from day one: “Primum non nocere” (First, do no harm). We immediately sent her for comprehensive tests to ensure her lungs were safe for anesthesia. Only when we were 100% sure, did we proceed.

Plastic surgery is still surgery. Your health is the priority. The aesthetic result comes second.
