Her second facelift. First 4 days. A major revision journey.

I performed Jennifer’s revision extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, temporal lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, canthopexy, and lip lift.

During these first few days, I followed her recovery very closely. In one of the photos, you may notice the hemostatic net. Many people ask about it. It is a technique I use very intentionally and it does not leave permanent marks. This is very important to me.

After that, I removed her sutures, and we also performed CO2 laser treatment at the clinic as part of her recovery process.

I always say revision surgery is different. It is not just repeating a primary facelift. It requires a careful plan, respect for the tissues, and attention to every detail.

She didn’t want a new face — she wanted her face back.

Monika is 42 and flew in from Australia. Her goal was simple: look fresher and brighter, without losing what makes her her. So I planned a comprehensive facial rejuvenation based on what her features actually needed.

For the eyes, I performed a revision upper blepharoplasty. For the lower lids, I did a pinch skin blepharoplasty with transconjunctival fat excision, and added a cantopexy for support. To smooth the lid–cheek junction, I used microfat grafting to the infraorbital, malar, and cheekbone areas. I use fat grafting in a comprehensive way, so I also restored subtle volume to the nasolabial folds, marionette area, and temples — and used nanofat in selected areas to improve skin quality.

To lift and frame the upper face, I performed a temporal lift with a superolateral vector, helping restore a cleaner, more open contour around the outer brow–temple area.

The main structural correction was focused on the lower face and neck: an extended deep plane facelift for midface descent and jowls, combined with deep neck sculpting + neck lift to define the jawline and refine the neck. Her chin projection was slightly behind, so I placed a silicone chin implant to rebalance her profile.

For perioral refinement, I performed a lip lift + corner lip lift to restore a softer, more youthful lip shape.

It wasn’t an easy process — and I’m truly grateful for Monika’s patience throughout.

This is her 6-month result: the swelling has fully settled, the tissues have softened, and the contours now look more refined and natural. The outcome feels balanced — fresher, brighter, and still unmistakably her.

Revision Facelift Is a Different Level of Facial Surgery

Revision facial surgery is not the same as a first-time facelift.
It involves working with previously operated tissues, old scars, altered anatomy, and reduced tissue elasticity — all of which require a completely different surgical approach.

In Roberta’s case, after a previous mini facelift, visible scars and imbalance in the ear and neck area were present.
For this reason, I performed a Revision Extended Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift combined with Deep Neck Sculpting, Temporal Lift, and Lower Blepharoplasty, carefully correcting old scars and restoring a natural, refreshed appearance.

Such a Natural Result in 2 Months? | Here’s How We Did It

Here’s my patient’s appearance at the second month after lip lift.
The scar is barely noticeable, the nose-to-lip distance has shortened, and the overall balance of the face looks much more refined. Most importantly, the result looks incredibly natural — the lips are soft, expressions are preserved, and there’s no sign of an artificial look.

Dudak kaldırma yaptığım hastamın ikinci ayındaki görünümünü paylaşıyorum.
Kesi izi neredeyse fark edilmiyor, burun-dudak mesafesi kısaldığı için yüz hatları çok daha dengeli hale geldi. En önemlisi ise sonuç son derece doğal görünüyor; dudak yapısı yumuşak, mimikler korunmuş, hiçbir yapaylık yok.
