Liposuctionda Tümesan İnfiltrasyon Tekniği

Liposuction işlemlerinde komplikasyonları engellemek ve bu bölgedeki kan dolaşımını yavaşlatmak için uygulanan özel bir yöntem var. Bu yöntemin adı tümesan infiltrasyon (ıslak teknik). Bu işlemi nasıl gerçekleştiriyoruz? Size bahsetmek istiyorum. Burada da gördüğünüz gibi öncelikli olarak liposuction bölgesi belirleniyor. Bu alana hazırlanmış olan özel bir solüsyon kanüller vasıtasıyla enjekte ediliyor. Her yere homojen olarak enjekte edildikten sonra bu bölgede mevcut olan kan damarlarında vazokontriksiyon adı verilen büzüşme ortaya çıkıyor. Liposuction yapılırken küçük yağ zerreciklerinin damar içine girip yağ embolisi yapmasının önüne geçiliyor. Tümesan teknik ile liposuction komplikasyonları en aza indirgenebilir.
Liposuction With Tumescent Infiltration Technique

There is a special method applied to prevent complications in liposuction procedures and to slow down the blood circulation in this area. This method is called as tumescent infiltration (i.e wet technique). As you can see here, the liposuction area is first determined. A special solution prepared for this area is injected through cannulas. After it is injected homogeneously everywhere, a shrinkage called as vasoconstriction occurs in the blood vessels present in this area. During liposuction, small fat particles are prevented from entering into the vein and causing fat embolism. Liposuction complications can be minimised with the tumescent technique.
