Honored to be invited as a faculty speaker at the Nose Rio Cadaver Dissection & Live Surgery Course in Rio de Janeiro.My friend and collegue dear .tiagolyrio gathered rhinoplasty masters from all over the world for this really private surgical education.

Performing a live rhinoplasty in front of international colleagues is always a responsibility — and a privilege.

During this case, I focused on:

A seventh-time revision rhinoplasty is not just a surgery — it’s a rescue of anatomy and soft-tissue balance.
These immediate results show what the Precision Rhinoplasty approach can achieve even in severely scarred, previously over-operated noses.

Using direct-vision dissection, controlled bony base reshaping, dorsal sidewall engineering, SMAS tensioning, and stable tip support, we can:
• Rebuild collapsed structural elements
• Correct major asymmetries and contour deformities
• Restore tip definition without unnecessary bulk
• Improve soft-tissue envelope drape through SMAS-guided tension redistribution
