LOCAL BLEPHAROPLASTY (UPPER EYELID) SURGERY ✨

After the measurements and markings are made before the procedure, local anesthesia is applied to numb the operation area and prevent bleeding. 💉The incisions are made with lancet and electrocautery. During this process excess skin and muscle under the skin is removed, after that the incisions are closed with removable stitches. For 10-12 days, the incisions are protected with special steri-strips and then the sutures are removed. Since the stitches remain hidden in the eyelid fold, they do not attract much attention even in the early period. It is a procedure that takes an average of 45 minutes in a clinical setting. 👁️✨

LOKAL ÜST GÖZ KAĞAĞI

İşlem öncesi ölçüm ve işaretlemeler yapıldıktan sonra ameliyat bölgesini uyuşturmak ve kanamayı önlemek için lokal anestezi uygulanır. 💉Kesiler bistüri ve elektrokoter yardımı ile yapılır. Cilt fazlalıkları , cilt altında ki kas alındıktan sonra kesiler kapatılır. 10-12 gün kesi bölgesi özel bantlarla korunur sonrasında dikişler alınır. Dikişler göz kapağı kıvrımı içerisinde gizli kaldığından erken dönemde dahi çok dikkat çekmezler. Klinik ortamında ortalama 45 dk süren bir işlemdir 👁️✨
