✨ Septal Perforation Repair with Rib Perichondrium + Functional Rhinoplasty ✨
This patient had previously undergone nasal surgery, which unfortunately resulted in a septal perforation.
Since the external structure of the nose also had functional and aesthetic problems, we performed a combined surgery:

👉 Using rib perichondrium, the septal perforation was successfully closed.
👉 At the same time, we carried out rhinoplasty to restore both breathing and nasal appearance.

This type of surgery requires delicate planning, but with the right techniques, it is possible to achieve long-lasting and natural results.

Hastamız daha önce burun ameliyatı geçirmiş ve bu nedenle septum perforasyonu gelişmişti.

With a successful operation, the perforation was repaired and the nasal functions were restored.

Hastamız daha önce geçirdiği burun ameliyatı sonrası yaklaşık 1,5 cm büyüklüğünde septum perforasyonu ile başvurdu.
Başarılı bir cerrahi ile perforasyon kapatıldı ve burnun fonksiyonları yeniden sağlıklı hale getirildi.

📍Septum perforasyonu, hem nefes alma zorluğu hem de burunda kuruluk ve kabuklanma gibi şikâyetlere yol açabilir. Doğru cerrahi tekniklerle kalıcı çözüm mümkündür.
