Bu vakamızda yüksek oranda diş aşınması ve diş eti problemleri olan hastamıza öncelikle periodontal tedavi ve diş eti estetiği uygulamaları yapıldı. Eksik dişler implant tedavisi ile tamamlandı. Sonrasında ağız ve diş yapılarına göre gülüş tasarımı hazırlandı ve tüm dişler ve implantlar zirkon porselen kuronlar ile restore edildi. Böylece hastamıza sağlıklı, estetik, kusursuz bir gülümseme kazandırıldı.
In this case, periodontal treatment and gum aesthetics were applied to our patient who had a high rate of tooth wear and gum problems. Missing teeth were completed with implant treatment. Afterwards, smile design was prepared according to the mouth and tooth structures and all the teeth and implants were restored with zirconia porcelain crowns. Thus, a healthy, aesthetic and perfect smile was given to our patient.

40 yıl önce okul hayatımın ilk günü. Annem ve babam elimden tutup, beni bugüne getiren yola çıkardılar. Her ikisinin de sonsuz fedakarlıkları ve emekleri sayesinde bugünlere geldim. Bu 40 yıllık yolculuğun mutlu sonu olarak Profesörlüğe yükseldim. Profesör olmam babamın en büyük hayali idi. Ben de profesörlüğümü her konuda feyz aldığım, hayatımda tanıdığım en değerli hekim, en değerli hoca, canım babama hediye ediyorum. Hazırlaması tam 40 yıl süren bir hediye. İnsan ömründe böyle bir hediyenin ikincisi çıkmaz... /

Bu vakamızda e-max porselen lamine uygulaması yaptık. Periodontal tedavi ve diş eti estetiği işlemlerinden sonra hastamıza en uygun olan gülüş tasarımını belirledik ve laminelerini hazırladık. Böylelikle, hastamızın dişlerinin doğal karakterini koruyarak daha beyaz ve estetik bir gülüş kazanmasını sağladık. Tedavi 3 gün içerisinde bitirildiği için ne yazık ki final fotoğrafımda diş etleri henüz daha tam iyileşmemişti.

In this case, we performed e-max porcelain laminate therapy. After Periodontal treatmentand gingival esthetics, we determined the most suitable smile design and prepared porcelain laminates respectively. As a result, we maintained the natural form of our patient’s teeth and ensured a whiter and aesthetic smile. Since the treatment was completed within 3 days, unfortunately the gums in the final photograph had not yet fully healed.

In this case, we planned our treatment to completely rehabilitate the form and color of the teeth and the smile line of our patient in accordance to her needs and preferences. In addition to this, we also rehabilitated the loss of function due to the shortening of the teeth as a result of teeth clenching (bruxism). We also performed gingival esthetics to create the desired smile line. 28 zirconia porcelain crowns were placed to create the new smile.
An excellent case for applications of total smile aesthetics and Hollywood smile.

Bu vakamizda hastamıziın ihtiyaç ve tercihleri dogrultusunda dişlerin şeklini, rengini ve gülüş çizgisini tamamen rehabilite ettiğimiz bir tedavi planlaması yaptık. Ayrıca diş sıkmaya (bruxism) bağlı kısalan diş boylarından kaynaklanan çiğneme fonksiyon kaybını da rehabilite etmeyi uygun gördük. Gülüş çizgisini yerine getirmek icin dişeti estetiği uyguladığımız hastamızın tüm dişlerini zirkon porselen kronlarla kapladık.
Total gülüş estetiği ve Hollywood smile uygulamaları için mükemmel bir vaka.
