🌟This case highlights the journey of a transformation, addressing both aesthetics and function.

😬Bruxism, often underestimated, can lead to serious dental complications. The patient presented with shortened teeth, an asymmetrical gingival line, and discoloration caused by old restorations. To restore balance, gingivoplasty and flap surgery were performed to create a harmonious gingival contour.

🦷28 E.max laminate veneers were then placed, restoring vertical dimension and improving both chewing efficiency and tooth flexibility. It is a source of great joy for us to witness this happy transformation, as the patient now has healthy and functional jaw movements and an amazing smile!🌟💜

❗In the maxilla, significant wear is observed on the patient’s teeth due to advanced hard tissue loss. Deep stains and discolorations are present, and enamel defects are evident. The patient also presents with an occlusal disorder. While these factors make the wear more pronounced, they also negatively affect the patient aesthetically.

🌟In order to achieve a natural and durable smile, an implant-supported hybrid prosthetic treatment was performed using a Toronto titanium bar, zirconia framework, and gingival design. With the custom gingival and tooth design applied to the patient, a natural smile was achieved without a prosthetic appearance.✨
