Bazen, meme dikleştirme/ küçültme gereken hastalarda, her iki meme arasındaki asimetri ileri düzeyde olabilir. Bu gibi durumlarda sadece sarkıklık değil, meme asimetrisi de belirgin cup ölçüsü farklılıklarına, iç çamaşırı modifikasyonlarına yol açıyordur. İşte bu durumlarda, cerrahi olarak her 2 memeyi eşitlemek gerekir.

Bir meme diğerinden çok küçük ise ▶️ protez veya yağ enjeksiyonu
Asimetri ile birlikte aşırı meme büyüklüğü söz konusu ise ▶️ fazla büyük tarafa meme küçültme veya dikleştirme tekniklerinden biri uygulanır.

The Preservé™ technique is a breast augmentation approach that can be performed using local anesthesia combined with sedation, depending on individual patient evaluation.

It may also be considered for patients undergoing breast augmentation for the first time, with a surgical approach that aims to preserve the natural supporting structures of the breast tissue.

The choice of technique and anesthesia is always based on individual medical assessment and patient-specific factors.

In patients who have sufficient breast volume and only require elevation of the ni**le and ar**la, a technique that leaves a circular scar around the ar**la can be applied.

If there is significant loss of fullness in the upper pole of the breast (the part visible in the décolleté area), a breast lift can be combined with a breast implant. In this procedure, scarring may be limited to around the ar**la; however, in patients with more pronounced skin laxity, an additional vertical scar extending from the lower edge of the ar**la to the inframammary fold may be necessary.

In patients with adequate breast volume but noticeable sagging, scars are typically located around the ar**la and extend vertically from the lower edge of the ar**la to the inframammary fold.

🌸Dekolte bölgesinin belirginleştirilmesi veya implantlı hastalarda alt kısımlarda ya da üst polde implantın ele gelirliğini azaltmada altın standart olarak kullanılır.

Enjekte edilen yağın bir kısmı zamanla eriyebilir (%30-50 oranında). “Cup size” büyütmek için birden fazla seans gerekebilir. Hastanın vücudunda yeterli yağ dokusunun bulunması gerekir.
