Here’s a challenging case of a droopy, bottom-heavy nose. On the operating table, I refined the tip using VAR (Vertical Alar Resection) without causing over-projection. A well-placed columella–lobular strut provided stability, and a subtle alar base adjustment created a balanced, harmonious lower third. We achieved a natural lift and a lighter tip contour, all with no unnecessary over-projection.
