After an 18-hour flight ✈️ I finally arrived in Buenos Aires 🇦🇷.
In a few days, I will head to Rosario for a three-day international scientific meeting, where colleagues from all over the world will gather to share knowledge and experience. 🎤📚

Before the sessions begin, I had the chance to explore Buenos Aires with Dr. Ulises Quijano 🌿📸

Revision Rhinoplasty
This case was both easy and challenging. The patient had a retracted columella due to a previous surgery, making the nose look long and droopy. Restoring the columella to its natural position is usually very difficult, often requiring rib cartilage.
But I achieved the same result in this case using only a small piece of ear cartilage 👂.
The early outcome is already very satisfying.
Thinking beyond fixed rules and patterns is always more critical in rhinoplasty — aiming for maximum results with minimal grafts.
