Today’s case: Revision rhinoplasty — male patient.

He had undergone two previous surgeries, and his main complaint was simple but critical:
He could not breathe properly.

Intraoperatively, the problem was clear —
The caudal septum was deficient.

I reconstructed the caudal septum using auricular cartilage, restoring the nose's central support.
The columella was also reconstructed with ear cartilage to re-establish stable tip support.

When the structure is rebuilt correctly,
Both function and form improve together.

Breathing restored.
Natural appearance preserved.
