Who needs a SEG when your cartilage knows what it’s doing? No overbuilt noses, no heavy engineering. 7 months later and the tip is still chill, still sharp. Stability? Check. Vibes? Double check.

This is an early result of a female patient who underwent rhinoplasty using my own tip shaping technique – VAR (Vertical Alar resection).
Even in this early stage, despite the expected swelling, the nose already harmonizes beautifully with her facial features.
