6 months post-op. Severe crooked, very prominent hump, droopy nose, extremely deviated septum, extremely asymmetric nostrils and nose tip asymmetry, done with closed approach asymmetric let-down technique. As you can see there is still slightly asymmetry between both nostrils. Unfortunately nostril asymmetry can not be solved for these kind severe deformations !
