☕️ Caffeine is not only found in coffee but also in pain relievers, energy drinks, and supplement products, utilized for its stimulating, energy-boosting, and anti-inflammatory properties.
☕️ Like any substance, when consumed in moderate doses, it has been found to:
📍 Have a calming effect
📍 Reduce body fat accumulation
📍 Exhibit pro-inflammatory effects
📍 Though its anti-inflammatory effects are not definitively proven, regular coffee consumption by patients with hepatitis-C and HIV has shown to improve memory disorders
