A patient with cleft lip nose deformity who had one previous rhinoplasty underwent corrective rhinoplasty using rib cartilage. She also underwent surgery for deviated septum and RF for turbinate hypertrophy.

Another difficult case. Modified V strut graft, right lower lateral cartilage reconstruction, nasal tip rotation and projection, columella correction, septal reconstruction were performed in a patient with severe lower lateral and nostril asymmetry.
