Another difficult case. Modified V strut graft, right lower lateral cartilage reconstruction, nasal tip rotation and projection, columella correction, septal reconstruction were performed in a patient with severe lower lateral and nostril asymmetry.

A difficult case of cleft lip and nose. She had been operated on before and the result was unsatisfactory. Costal cartilage graft was used for projection and rotation of the nasal tip. And the cleft side lower lateral cartilage was reconstructed with new cartilage. Non-anatomic infracartilaginous cartilage grafts were also used for more symmetrical and rigid lower lateral cartilage.
