Here is a new full mouth case that I finished with both and ;)
My patient used to have worn teeth with old fillings and old crowns on a few teeth, I increase the with teeth first and finished at this level with 28 new … I did 2 on the lower jaw by the way;)
it was a challenging but satisfactory journey with my beloved patient 🙏🏻Thanks for this great work to my master ceramist .

As I said in the previous post, i am sharing the closeup photos of the anterior teeth.. here i want to emphasize the color match of very thin on one central incisor and a much more thicker porcelain crown months other incisor ( cause my patient used to have 2 old as you see on the photo ) . Its important to protect and keep your healthy tooth structure as much as possible 😉 thanks to for this great work. Keep safe and healthy 🤗

Every smile tells a story🙏🏻 In this case, I made a few small adjustments to my valued patient’s beautiful smile ☺️🙏🏻 However, the most important stage in this case was that my patient was experiencing joint problems due to the loss of vertical dimension. Therefore, before starting the prosthetic procedures,I managed the treatment by alleviating the existing discomfort with a splint and then creating a new occlusion/bite plane with the new vertical dimension.
