🇺🇸 Natural looking male nose by OPEN TECHNIQUE RHINOPLASTY for our patient who came from the . We did a surgery for his friend a year ago and now he came for surgery too 😇. The patient had a surgery years ago for correction of breathing problems but now he asked for a surgery for aesthetic reasons. The lower part of the septum (the caudal septum) was extremely weak and curved. A good and long lasting support needed. We put a strong graft for that and reshaped the tip area 👍🏽

Bir sene önce arkadaşını ameliyat etmiştik, sonucu çok beğendiği için kendisi de bizi seçti 😇 Daha önce nefes problemini düzeltmek için bir ameliyat geçirmişti. Bu sefer estetik amaçlı ameliyat istedi. İlk ameliyata bağlı burun ucundaki kıkırdak (kaudal septum) aşırı derecede güçsüz ve kıvrılmıştı. Onu düzeltmek ve desteklemek için güçlü bir kıkırdak grafti gerekti. Anı zamanda burun ucu tekrar şekillendirildi 👍🏽
